1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the judi789 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the judi789 Privacy Policy and all other rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

judi789 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any associated funds pending investigation.

4 Account Responsibilities

As a registered Member of the judi789 Platform, you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account. Specifically:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
• You must notify the judi789 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• judi789 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
• You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your Account or Account credentials to any third party.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account is accurate and up to date. Changes to personal details must be notified to judi789 promptly via the customer support team.

judi789 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: judi789 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency methods. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Deposits are credited to your Account Wallet in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or equivalent value. judi789 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in the Member's name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Members whose Accounts have been verified in accordance with judi789's KYC policy. judi789 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on banking partner processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

Verification: judi789 reserves the right to request satisfactory identity, address, and payment source documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of any verification review. Members who are unable or unwilling to provide requested documentation may have their withdrawal request declined and their Account reviewed.

Currency: All transactions on the judi789 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversion costs arising from international payment methods are the responsibility of the Member.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

judi789 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, and referral bonuses. The following general terms apply to all judi789 bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. judi789 reserves the right to withdraw or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the Platform's games.
• Each promotional offer is available for one use per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• judi789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, including where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to applicable regulations or judi789's commercial interests.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• Cashback and rebate bonuses are calculated on net losses or turnover as specified in the relevant offer and are credited to the Member's Account on the schedule stated in the promotion.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

judi789 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the judi789 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or otherwise interact with judi789 systems in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be withheld.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent game rules or bonus terms.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with proceeds of criminal activity. judi789 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate payment transactions. Any Member who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their Account immediately suspended and any associated funds withheld pending investigation.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

judi789 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended, winnings voided, and deposited funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the judi789 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, design elements, and data compilations — is the property of judi789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the judi789 Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the judi789 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of judi789.

Third-party game titles and associated intellectual property are owned by the respective game providers (including JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) and are used on the judi789 Platform under licence from those providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, judi789 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the judi789 Platform, including losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, or game interruptions.
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, or banking institutions.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information published on the judi789 Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional material.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where judi789 was not negligent in the storage or handling of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Where judi789's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total value of funds held in your Account Wallet at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.

11 Suspension & Termination

judi789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with unlawful activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose judi789 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• At the Member's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any verified outstanding balance will be returned to the Member via their last-used verified payment method, less any amounts subject to active investigation or dispute. Funds associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

Members may close their judi789 Account at any time by submitting a written request to the customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to online gaming operators, as specified in judi789's operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and judi789, the Member must first contact the judi789 customer support team in writing, providing full details of the dispute. judi789 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under judi789's operating licence.

For disputes relating to individual game outcomes, the recorded server-side result as held in judi789's systems shall be the definitive record in all circumstances.

13 Amendments to These Terms

judi789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the judi789 Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Continued use of the judi789 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is the responsibility of each Member to review the current Terms periodically. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page.

Where an amendment materially and adversely affects a Member's rights, the Member may close their Account without penalty within 14 days of the amendment taking effect, and any verified outstanding balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.
